The Motor City Striders is an organization that needs your help as a volunteer.  Directing many events during the year keeps us busy, and we could not do it without your help.  We rely heavily on volunteers to make our races run as smoothly as we can.

The Striders are looking for people just like you to come to one or more of our events and lend your help.  If you have a friend or relative, we would love to have them come and help too!  We can usually promise a t-shirt on race day, the opportunity to meet many new people, a whole lot of fun, and special awards at the end of the year for our frequent helps.
